SCALLOPED POTATOES 
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 can condensed cream of Cheddar cheese soup
2 tbsp. butter
1/2-3/4 c. milk
1 sm. onion, sliced
Dash black pepper

Blend soup, milk and pepper. Arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion and sauce in a buttered 1 1/2 quart dish. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake in moderate oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
