T.'S BREAKFAST (OR DINNER) PIE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped red or green bell peppers, optional
2 (4 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns or 1 c. frozen O'Brien potatoes
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
4 link sausages, fully cooked and sliced thin

In a small 9 inch microwave safe pie plate, combine onion, bell pepper and potatoes. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until softened. Stir.

In small bowl beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over potatoes and top with sausage slices. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 3 1/2 to 4 minutes or until eggs are nearly set, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 2 minutes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
