AFTER DINNER MINT PIE 
2 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
Few drops peppermint extract
Few drops green food coloring
2 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/2 for topping. press remaining crumbs into bottom of pie plate. Chill. Gradually add milk to marshmallow creme, mixing until well blended. Add extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream.

Pour into prepared pan and freeze until firm. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. May substitute 1/4 cup creme de menthe for milk, extract and coloring.
