MINT CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
20-30 Oreos, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gal. softened green peppermint ice cream
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
Smallest evaporated milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Combine crushed Oreos and 1/4 cup melted butter; save some for top. press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze until real firm. Next make a chocolate sauce using 1/4 cup butter, powdered sugar, chocolate chips and evaporated milk. Cook until smooth; set aside to cool.

Remove pan from freezer and put softened ice cream on crust. Freeze until quite firm then put the cooled chocolate sauce over the frozen ice cream. Freeze again. Top it with Cool Whip. Sprinkle saved out chocolate crumb mixture on top. Freeze until firm. Delicious.
