CHOCO - MINT DESSERT 
18 crushed Oreo cookies
32 lg. marshmallows
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. mint flavor
2 drops green food coloring
3/4 pt. whipping cream

Crush cookies and spread on 8 inch square pan. Reserve 1/4 to 1/2 cup cookie crumbs. Melt marshmallows and evaporated milk in pan with flavoring and coloring. Cool slightly and add the whipping cream. Pour over crumbs in pan and sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Refrigerate overnight and cut into squares. Serves 8 to 10.
