MINT ICE CREAM DESSERT 
20 Oreo chocolate cookies, crushed
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream

Put cookies and butter in 9 x 13 pan; freeze. Spread ice cream on crumbs and freeze.

TOPPING:

1 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. Pet milk
2 tbsp. butter
4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Melt, boil and stir until thick; cool. Pour over ice cream and freeze until ready to serve.
