MINT ICE CREAM DESSERT 
Sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
2 qts. mint chocolate chip ice cream
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's hot fudge syrup
1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 stick butter

Crush Oreo cookies. Mix with 1 stick melted butter. Pat into 9x13 ungreased pan.

Spread softened ice cream over crust. Cover and freeze 2-4 hours.

Add hot fudge syrup. Cover and freeze 2-4 hours.

Spread Cool Whip over top. Garnish with cookie crumbs or chocolate chips. Freeze until serving time!
