FROZEN CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
Use two 9 x 13 inch pans. Mix and spread between the two pans: Chill and freeze.

1 lb. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 c. melted butter

Place in a saucepan and cook 10-15 minutes or until thick - stirring often - COOL.

1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 sqs. baking chocolate

Spread 1/2 gallon softened Mint Chocolate Chip Ice cream between the two pans. FREEZE - then spread chocolate mixture over ice cream. Top with 1 large Cool Whip. Keep frozen until served.
