CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 12-inch pan. In large bowl, beat flour, sugar, butter, eggs and syrup until smooth. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Spread mint cream layer on cake. Chill. Pour chocolate topping over dessert. Chill.

MINT CREAM LAYER:

In small mixer bowl, combine: 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 tbsp. water
