THEA'S SALMON LOAF 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can red salmon (reserve liquor in saucepan)
1/4 lb. soda crackers (put in plastic bag & roll with rolling pin until finely crumbled)
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of paprika

Mix together thoroughly and shape into firm loaf. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.

SAUCE:

Salmon juice
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. catsup
Pinch of paprika

Shake some of the milk with flour in jar until smooth. Combine with other ingredients in saucepan and cook until smooth and thickened. Serve with loaf.
