SALMON LOAF | |
1 lg. can salmon, flaked 1 egg, beaten 1 c. bread crumbs 1/4 c. milk 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Saute celery in 2 tablespoons butter. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Put in a well buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. |
