CHEESE SALMON LOAF 
1 pt. drained salmon
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk or cream
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt (omit with salted crackers)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper

CELERY SAUCE:

2 c. well seasoned white sauce
3/4 c. chopped, cooked celery

Combine all ingredients except celery sauce. After mixing, place in well buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish. With rubber spatula, push edges of loaf away from edges slightly before baking. This will aid when inverting loaf onto serving dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. 4 servings.
