SALMON LOAF 
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs (about 3 slices)
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked

Fold all ingredients together. Place in 8 inch loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes.

PIQUANT SAUCE (if desired) :

Cook 2 tablespoons chopped green onions in 2 tablespoons butter until onion is tender but not brown. Blend in: 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Add 1/4 cup milk and dash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and bubbles.
