CHEESE SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cream (I used milk)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Celery sauce

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and celery sauce and put into a greased loaf pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
