SALMON - CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt

Cheese, room temperature. Salmon, drained, skinned, boned and flaked. Mix cheese and salmon. Mix other ingredients and add to cheese-salmon mixture. Shape into 1 or 2 balls and chill. Roll in finely chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
