CHEESE SALMON LOAF 
1 lb. can salmon, flaked & drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. minced onions
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and put in a greased loaf pan. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
