SPAGHETTI AND BROCCOLI 
Spaghetti pasta
Broccoli, peeled and chopped
2 c. olive oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
Parmesan cheese, grated

Boil spaghetti and broccoli in salted water.

In a saucepan heat 2 cups olive oil. Add garlic and red pepper, cook until garlic is golden brown.

Drain pasta and broccoli. Place in serving bowl or deep platter. Pour olive oil-garlic mix over pasta. Toss to coat pasta. Sprinkle a generous handful of Parmesan cheese.
