STRAWBERRY CREAM JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries
13 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained well)
2 lg. bananas, diced
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add frozen strawberries. Stir until thawed (Jello with begin to thicken quickly). Add pineapple and bananas.

Pour half into 13 x 9 pan. Reserve second half out of refrigerator. Chill until firm, spread evenly with 1 cup sour cream. Pour remaining Jello atop. Chill until firm.
