RASPBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. applesauce (apple-raspberry is good)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool until it starts to thicken. Add frozen strawberries or raspberries when Jello starts to thicken. Add applesauce. Chill mixture until firm.

When solid, mix the sour cream and marshmallows together and spread on top as an icing. Let stand overnight to set firmly.
