HERSHEY'S FUDGEY BROWNIES 
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir cocoa and baking soda in mixing bowl. Blend in 1/3 cup vegetable oil. Add boiling water (measure accurately); stir until thick. Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup vegetable oil.

In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Add cocoa mixture and vanilla. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan or 2-8 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes for the 13 x 9 pan or 30 to 32 minutes for the 8 inch pans. Cool and frost if desired.

The best, fudgiest, easiest recipe for brownies. I found this recipe years ago on the back of Hershey's cocoa can and made them all the time. Then unfortunately I somehow lost the recipe and went for years without a good brownie recipe. All the others were so spongey, not moist and dense like this one. Then the wonderful age of the internet came along! After a year or more of searching I finally found my long lost recipe, never to be forgotten! These are wonderful....try them. You won't be disappointed!
