 Polly Beason (California) says:
I call these Mary Sue's Adult Brownies, as she adds chopped nuts, chocolate chips & a liqueur . I add 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1/4th cup brandy, Kahlua, rum, whatever I have. She brought some to work for holiday party and I HAD to have the recipe... have made it many times & received raves every time. People do leap to the conclusion that the "adult" means something other than this! lol I like to cut up & wrap each brownie in plastic wrap... just makes for neater serving and/or freezing.
