SOUR CREAM MUFFINS | |
2 c. self-rising flour 1 c. butter, melted & cooled 1 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients with a fork. Drop into ungreased muffin tins. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until brown around sides and top. If using small muffin tins, reduce cooking time to 15 minutes. Yield: 12 regular or 24 small muffins. If you do not use small muffin tins please double the recipe. |
