SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg, beaten

Mix together dry ingredients. Stir in sour cream and egg. Spoon into well greased muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
