SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1 1/3 c. unsifted flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Sesame or poppy seeds

Beat egg and sour cream in bowl with fork until blended. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into sour cream mixture (it will be very thick, if too thick - add more sour cream bit by bit). Fill greased muffin pan (or cupcake pan) 2/3 full. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes 6 large muffins.
