HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. grated cheese

Melt 1/2 cup butter, mix together with thawed hash brown potatoes, sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soup, salt and pepper, pour into buttered casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with crushed cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Put back in the oven and cook 15 minutes longer.
