TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 c. milk
1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1 lb. ground raw turkey
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. dry white wine
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
2 c. hot cooked noodles

Combine egg and milk, stir in stuffing mix. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into 8 x 4 x 1 inch logs, arrange meat logs in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch microwave safe baking dish. Microwave loosely covered with waxed paper, on 100% power for 8 minutes. Turn logs over after 4 minutes; drain. Combine cranberry sauce, wine, and bouillon granules, pour over meat. Cook 3-4 minutes. Serve over noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
