STUFFING & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken (or turkey or ham)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted)
Shredded cheddar cheese

Combine first 3 ingredients, mix well. Press half mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam. Combine rest of ingredients in bowl, mix well. Spoon over stuffing mix in pan and top with remaining stuffing mix.

Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer. Cut in squares. Remove by spatula. Delicious!
