TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
1/2 c. shredded cheese
2 to 3 c. chicken or turkey
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. corn meal (Pepperidge Farm) stuffing mix

Layer in 9 x 12 inch buttered pan: broccoli, cheese, chicken or turkey.

Combine soup, salad dressing, lemon juice, curry powder, chestnuts, spread over chicken.

Sprinkle cheese, stuffing mix and melted butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
