TURKEY CASSEROLE 
3 or 4 c. turkey, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. turkey broth
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing mix

Spread turkey (or chicken) in bottom of greased casserole dish or pan. Mix one cup broth with both cans of soup. Pour over meat. Melt butter and add one cup broth. Mix with stuffing mix and spread over other ingredients in casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
