ROTINI AND BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lb. rotini (multi-color)
10 oz. sharp cheese, sliced and cubed
Broccoli (fresh or frozen, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt to taste

Boil rotini. Mix all ingredients. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
