BAJ ROTINI SALAD 
1 pkg. Rotini, 3 flavors
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 head fresh cauliflower, small flowerettes
1/4 bunch fresh broccoli
1/4 med. onion, sliced
1 sm. jar marinated artichoke hearts
1/4 lb. salami, julienned
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Italian dressing to coat

Boil rotini according to package directions, but during the last minute or two, add the broccoli and cauliflower flowerettes. Drain pasta and vegetables thoroughly, place in large bowl and while still hot, add Parmesan cheese to coat. Add remaining ingredients. Carefully add salad dressing just to coat. This is a great make ahead dish as the flavors meld wonderfully. Add more salad dressing before serving.
