DIP ALA SANDTRAP 
CHEESES:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Cheddar shredded fine
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

VEGGIES:

1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. carrots, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped

Drain well.

1 tsp. onion powder (not salt)
1 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate several hours to mix flavors. Serve with crackers.
