“BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDER DIP” IS IN:

BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDER DIP 
This dish is usually gone within a few minutes - I hope you enjoy!

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders (I use Tyson)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) bottle FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
1 (12 oz.) bottle HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 tbsp. olive or vegetable oil

In a medium pan, heat oil and brown chicken tenders on both sides until done.

Mix Ranch dressing and cream cheese with a hand blender until smooth. Spread Ranch dressing and cream cheese mixture into a small/medium size glass baking dish. Cut chicken into small bites.

Combine melted butter, hot sauce and chicken into a bowl and mix until evenly coated. Pour mixture over cream cheese and Ranch mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
