“BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS” IS IN:

BUFFALO CHICKEN TENDERS 
boneless chicken tenderloins
buttermilk
all-purpose flour
FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
Dijon mustard
honey

Dip chicken tenderloins into the buttermilk and then the flour. Make sure they are coated evenly.

Heat some oil (vegetable or canola) in a skillet and cook the tenderloins.

Combine hot sauce, a little bit of mustard and honey (to taste) in a glass bowl or measuring cup.

Note: Dijon and honey are the right way to make a hot sauce more mild, not butter!

Cover the sauce mixture with a paper towel and heat in the microwave for 45 seconds.

Put cooked tenderloins and sauce into a large bowl and toss to get the tenders completely coated.

Serve with Ranch or Blue Cheese Dressing and enjoy!
