CHICKEN TENDERS 
1 lb. chicken tenderloins cut into 1" pieces
1 stick butter, melted
Ritz crackers, crushed
Garlic powder, pepper
Fresh chopped parsley (1/2 bunch)

Mix Ritz, parsley, garlic powder and pepper in large bowl; set aside. Toss chicken tenders in melted butter until well coated. Remove from butter and toss in crumb mixture. When completely coated place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden. Serve with a dipping sauce and toothpicks or use as a main dish. Delicious!

My two year old daughter is a very picky eater and she loved this. It was so easy to make, I had all ingredients on hand other than fresh parsley but used dried and still tasted good. The only thing is I wished the recipe would of said how much garlic powder to use. We will use this again!
