CHICKEN TENDERS 
1 pkg. chicken tenders (or cut chicken breast in strips) - no skin
2 eggs
1 tsp. nutmeg
Plain bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Beat eggs and mix in nutmeg. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture. Dredge in bread crumbs - be sure to coat evenly. Fry in oil, making sure to turn evenly, until chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

I like to cook this in the WOK.
