GRILLED SALMON 
1 lb. fresh salmon fillet
1/4 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cooking oil (Puritan or peanut oil)
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. basil (dried, crushed)

Rinse and pat dry salmon fillet. Mix rest of ingredients in small non-reactive bowl. Place salmon in a glass or non-reactive casserole pan and pour marinade over fillet. Marinate 20 to 40 minutes, turn once.

Put salmon fillet in well greased grilling basket. Cook over medium hot fire on Bar-B-Q grill. Turn once until cooked. Fish easily flakes but still moist and should be light pink. Baste frequently with marinade.
