BARBECUE BEEF BRISKET 
1 can consomme
1 sm. bottle soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
Garlic powder to taste
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
4-5 lb. brisket
2 c. KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce

Combine first 5 ingredients. Pour over meat and marinate overnight. Cook covered 6 hours at 250 degrees. Cool, then slice. Drain juices and cover with BBQ sauce. Rewrap with foil. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees.
