BBQ BEEF BRISKET 
5-6 lb. beef brisket
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Accent

Sprinkle brisket with Accent, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees in a shallow pan. Remove from oven, cover with foil and bake 7-8 hours at 225 degrees. Remove 2 cups of juice (or add water to juice to make 2 cups if necessary). Add 1 cup ketchup, 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon lemon juice to the 2 cups of juice. Chill brisket; slice thin. Then pour sauce over it and return to 300 degree oven until hot.
