SOUR CREAM POTATO SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced, pared cucumber
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
3 hard cooked eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3 to 4 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard

Combine potatoes, celery, cucumber, onion, celery seed, salt and pepper. Toss slightly. Separate egg yolks from whites. Dice whites and add to potato mixture. Sieve yolks and combine with sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard. Add to potato mixture and mix gently. Chill several hours before serving.
