GOOD CHICKEN AND DUMPLING 
1 boiled chicken, boned
1 c. broth
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
4 or 5 c. flour
1 c. milk

Combine all ingredients except boned chicken and milk. Roll out and cut in strips, drop in boiling chicken and broth. Cook uncovered about 25 minutes. Add 1 cup milk, turn out burner, cover and set until served.
