SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 can (7 1/2 oz.) crabmeat, drained & flaked
8 oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 c. minced green onions
1 deep dish unbaked pie crust

Mix together mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Add the crab, cheese and onions; stir together. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Serve with green or fruit salad.
