SEAFOOD QUICHE SQUARES 
2 (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
1 c. (4 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. (4 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
6 oz. frozen cooked shrimp, thawed and drained
6 1/2 oz. crab meat, drained and flaked
1 3/4 c. half & half
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate dough into 4 long rectangles and place crosswise on an ungreased jelly roll pan. Press bottom and line up sides to form crust. Press perforations to seal. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes and remove.

Sprinkle cheeses, shrimp, and crab meat over crust. Combine half & half, egg, Worcestershire, and pepper sauce. Mix well. Pour over crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until knife comes out clean and edges are golden. Cool 5 minutes and cut into squares.
