CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. flour
4 drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. mushrooms
6 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. chopped ham
1/2 lb. Jack cheese

Saute mushrooms in butter. Drain and set aside. Combine eggs, Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt, flour and Tabasco in blender. Blend on low speed until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl and stir in mushrooms, onions, ham, and Jack cheese. Bake mixture in a greased quiche pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

This recipe can be prepared the night before and refrigerated until ready to bake.
