SEAFOOD QUICHE 
16 oz. frozen crabmeat
1 9" pastry shell
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Prebake shell 6 minutes. Combine cheese, flour and crabmeat (cut into pieces); turn into shell. Beat eggs, milk, juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Can add chopped onions and/or green pepper to meat mixture.
