SEAFOOD QUICHE 
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 2/3 c. diced flaked seafood (lobster, tuna, salmon or crabmeat)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. diced Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sliced onions

Beat eggs and milk. Stir in flour, add mayonnaise. Sprinkle seafood, cheese and onion evenly in bottom of pie shell. Pour egg mixture over this. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
