KIELBASA 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. Kielbasa
3 onions, sliced
1 (15 oz.) jar apple sauce
1 (sm.) c. brown sugar (dark)

Bake sausage (prick with fork) at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Pour off grease. Cut into bite-size pieces. Add onions, apple sauce, and brown sugar. Bake 1 1/2 hours longer at 300 degrees. Great as a hot hors d'oeuvre.
