AU GRATIN POTATOES 
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
8 oz. tub sour cream
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix frozen potatoes, soups, milk and sour cream and part of the Cheddar cheese. When mixed cover with remaining Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6-8.
