FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Best Sugar Cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Assorted fresh fruit of your choice
1/2 c. marmalade, orange, peach or apricot
2 tbsp. water

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8-inch slices. Line a foil-lined 14-inch pizza pan with cookie slices, overlapping edges slightly. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees or until browned. Cool. Invert pan onto a serving plate. Remove foil and turn right side up.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread over the crust. Arrange fruit over cheese layer. Glaze with marmalade mixed with water. Chill.
