HAM AND VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. diced smoked ham
4 med. diced potatoes
4 med. sliced carrots
1 (16 oz.) can waxed beans
1 med. diced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring ham, onion and 2 quarts water to boil. Add vegetables. Simmer 1 to 2 hours.
